Project Management Methodologies
No matter if your project is in need of a comprehensive project plan and requires lots of documentation, or if you prefer an iterative approach that provides the flexibility to make changes quickly, or a combination of the two, I have the experience determining the best approach to satisfy the client’s requirements.
Waterfall
The traditional project management approach that encompasses the five stages of the project management life cycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor & Control, and Close.
Agile
An iterative approach to project management that welcomes change by focusing on incremental delivery through continuous collaboration among the cross-functional team.
Hybrid
A combination of Waterfall and Agile that utilizes the thorough planning of Waterfall but executed in the Agile methodology, allowing for changes and evaluation after each iteration.
